About Jean

Jean Nevin was born in Brooklyn, New York, and has a BA from the State University of New York at Albany. She lived in Indianapolis for many years, where she taught printmaking and papermaking at the Indianapolis Art Center and the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Now living in Albuquerque, she is currently creating artist books and digital prints.

Jean has exhibited nationally in numerous juried shows across the country and internationally at the Florence Biennale in Italy. She is a signature member of the Society of Layerists in Multi Media, and has been listed in Who's Who of American Women since 1991.
